It’s a good idea to get a pre-review when your thesis is nearly ready for examination, so that you have time to make any formatting changes in advance of corrections required by your committee or examiners.
Resources for Thesis Preparation and Checking. It is your responsibility to proofread your thesis. Effective May 1all theses and dissertations must include a page that lists the supervisory committee, and if applicable, the examining committee. There are two reasons for this: Failure to comply with all thesis specifications and formatting requirements may delay your graduation.
You cannot make changes to your thesis after it has been accepted into cIRcle, so you will not be able to correct any errors after your final submission.

Your program cannot be closed and you will not be eligible to graduate until the content and formatting of the thesis have been officially approved and you have received an official email confirming final approval of your thesis.

As of July 17,pre-reviews are no longer mandatory for doctoral dissertations immediately prior to submission for the external examiner.
